Option to keep completed tasks in existing columns #135

It'd be nice to have the option to keep completed tasks in their existing columns, and just sort them to the bottom of the list (such as by using order: 1 in CSS), rather than moving them to the Completed column.

(I'd offer a PR for this, but in the last few days I've only managed to do the configuration and styling; I can't figure out for the life of me where the plugin determines which column a task should go into. First time touching Elm. Not a fan. 🤣)

Thanks for this - I'm going to tag it as needing some pondering as it would require quite a lot of internal changes to be able to support this and I would want to think about whether the additional complexity would be worth it.... plus it is a change in how I think that the plugin should behave so (being naturally resistant to change) I'll need to spend time seeing how my thoughts evolve...

Also, in the drag and drop work I have coming up I will be doing work on how I handle columns so will keep this ask in mind when looking at that...

I'll keep this issue updated with thoughts as I have them :)
