linear collision tests #61

a travelling bullet's gonna need to perform linear collision test with the 
bounding boxes.

Provide such a funtionality on the ad-hoc level by exposing a proper method in 
the BoundingShape API for now, and see if it won't be necessary to put it into 
the regular collision solution system
