emit_latlon_msg #10

I don't understand what this parameter does in the get_current_weather() function. I've toggled it to FALSE but can't find the difference and the documentation is unclear to me:

     Logical. If TRUE (the default), and latlon is selected

Can you please update the documentation for clarity, @HughParsonage?
