installation error: "problem copying ./tests/data/ANALYSIS_REF.yaml" #102

When installing ccdata with the following commands:

> library("devtools")
> devtools::install_github("CC-HIC/ccdata")

... I receive the following error:

installing to ~/R.framework/Versions/3.3/Resources/library/ccdata/libs

** data
** inst
** tests
Warning in file.copy("tests", instdir, recursive = TRUE) :
problem copying ./tests/data/ANALYSIS_REF.yaml to
~/R.framework/Versions/3.3/Resources/library/ccdata/tests/data/ANALYSIS_REF.yaml
: No such file or directory
