On IDHS:

Install cleanEHR on IDHS

@dpshelio do we only have the internal release for the moment?

@dpshelio @docsteveharris I have updated all the RData files on IDHS

To manually update locally, you can follow the steps below,

keep both cleanEHR and ccdata installed
convert by running this script https://github.com/CC-HIC/cleanEHR/blob/master/inst/pipeline/ccdata2cleanEHR.r Rscript ccdata2cleanEHR.r delta_ccd.RData
remove ccdata package.
