, you should probably check out the new master branch.

I assume I can upload the package as a zip file and then install locally?

Sinan has kindly installed the latest version of cleanEHR as "cleanEHRdev" so as to not disrupt any other projects within the IDHS. Many thanks.
The vignette on data wrangling with cleanEHR makes reference to using the ccd_demographic_table function. As far as I can tell this is no longer part of the package and we are now using sql.demographic.table() to perform a similar action.
