Deprecate and merge with inspectEHR #166

A lot of this functionality doesn't work anymore now the backend has changed. Could I suggest we deprecate and archive the old data wrangling functions, and pull in the main data wrangling functions from inspectEHR.

I will then work to make sure the other functionality built into cleanEHR (like the plotting tools) can be ported across.

I'm not sure what is the best way to proceed.

Agreed. Could you or @klapaukh liaise with the ropensci folks and ask what they would like us to do? There was obviously a peer review process to have the package listed here, and with such an extensive re-write we need to be sure they are happy.

 here, what's the status on this?

The package could be re-reviewed https://github.com/ropensci/mregions/pull/62#issuecomment-1064465447=

Furthermore if this repo itself is unmaintained we'd recommend archival following https://devguide.ropensci.org/curationpolicy.html#peer-reviewed-packages (I would do the transfer to ropensci-archive etc).
