typo in ITEM_REF breaking ccfun #69

there's a typo in the ITEM_REF file

see ccdata.env$ITEM_REF[["NIHR_HIC_ICU_0444"]]

we have ahortname not shortname

this breaks a function in ccfun

i have fixed this but cannot see the change when using the fix with a fresh install of ccdata ideas?
