Filters:

[x] Range check configuration using [] and ()
[ ] using factor red,amber, green to substitute 1,2,3
[ ] regular expression check.
[ ] use missingness everywhere including in the report.

Data Type:

[ ] Convert all the column data to proper data types, (int, numeric, char, date, datetime); Automatically switch the paradigm with respect of anonymity.

Unique Spell:

[x] check spell.

YAML configuration:

[ ] should be able to detect typos when writting the configuration file.

Code name conversion

[ ] detect meta data label

reallocateTimeRecord():

[x] make it compatible with POSIX time.

ccdata:

[x] remove ccPatient level
