Crossref TDM click through service going away end of 2020 #51

Transition away from using click through keys.

Maybe add a warning/message telling users that the click through keys will be useless 2021 and beyond, but ideally need to be able to say what they can use instead.

In 2021, remove support for keys, and then error if a user uses a click through key

At least my click through token no longer works. And the app sign up page is gone https://apps.crossref.org/clickthrough/researchers

work on removing use of click through token will be on branch no-more-crossref-token, not pushed yet

I think it makes most sense now to archive this pkg since i imagine the biggest set of articles is through Elsevier and Wiley- which now are no longer part of the Crosssref TDM - so the sort of thesis of this pkg no longer makes sense if Crossref TDM is gone. Could still hang on to this pkg which would just do open access articles, but perhaps makes more sense to focus effort in fulltext instead

crminer now removed from fulltext, will submit new fulltext to cran - then archive this pkg
