Wow! That's nutty. But people use this data all the time...odd. Perhaps one of the co-authors on a project using it knows the way in?

@jebyrnes is the data here http://www.sahfos.ac.uk/cpr-data/data-sets/temperature-data.aspx the data you had in mind? Or is that not the data you had in mind?
