Hrm. It's been around for a few years. I bet if you contacted the maintainers, at this point, they'd probably be game. They're a savy meta-analytic crew.

I believe the RAM Legacy database is primarily maintained at the University of Washington now and that Plone Ram Legacy site you linked to is no longer maintained. That dataset is old.
URL was http://www.ramlegacy.org/ but the site is down right now. The relational database was not publicly accessible, but an Excel data dump was. As far as I know Dan Hively was last maintaining it with Ray Hilborn: http://fish.washington.edu/resources/staff.php
