Contact form email no longer shows in Zendesk Inbox #298

Until recently, emails sent via https://ropensci.org/contact/ would get sent to info@ropensci.org via Formspree and show up in https://ropensci.zendesk.com/inbox/. They no longer show up in Zendesk Inbox.

Why a problem? -need to see who has answered -I need to ask for advice before answering and this system is good for that
