Fix typo in DESC #59

@bretsw Congratulations on acceptance. I just checked your current fail logs on rcmdcheck, and suspect this is actually the reason.

No worries Bret! I also note that the test workflow is also still failing with the terra stuff, but also that the workflow is an older version - I suspect your problems would be fixed if you updated the workflow from v1 to v2 - just copy the test workflow file.
