Fix #106 Also document background stuff

@stefaniebutland @steffilazerte I added the alignment stuff because seeing it made me realize I had not added centering in the new CSS yet :grimacing:

E.g. https://roweb3-hugo.netlify.app/blog/2018/02/06/drake/ has centered images again, it was not the case a few minutes ago...

Don't merge this just yet btw: using the shortcode imgtxt does not work in roweb2.
