I have shortened/simplified headings, and rearranged some of the content, specifically the submission sections to clarify the order of operations, and to highlight that users should use a checklist and how to preview. Hopefully this will result in less confusing blog submissions.
I also tweaked the checklists to ensure the editor and author checklists reflected the same expectations.
