hugodown works well but we also rely on blogdown addin so it might be a lot to ask people to install.

I feel blogdown workflow would be too different from what we're after, even with options.

It'd be nice for https://github.com/r-lib/hugodown/pull/104 to be merged so we can recommend this way to add tweets.

Actually with some fixes, we can use blogdown. Maybe better as it's on CRAN (so easier to install for some) + we already recommend the add-in.
