New section: Troubleshooting

While most problems can be resolved through careful reading of the blog guide, it might be worth having a Troubleshooting section where we list common problems with links to the sections containing information on fixing them. This would give us an easy link to share with people when they run into problems.

Also, I foresee that many blog authors may not think to use blogdown for rendering the Rmd (e.g., #194), so it might be good to have a clearly marked section they can explore in the guide if/when they run into problems!

@yabellini, @maelle, thoughts?

Some ideas to mention in this section:

• [ ] When I render my Rmd to md, all my external figures are replaced with preserveXXXXXX
• [ ] When I render my Rmd to md, htmlwidgets and gt() tables are replaced with preserveXXXX
• [ ] My figures are the wrong size
• [ ] My twitter card doesn't render the twitter image I selected
• [ ] How do I preview my post? ...
