Removing twitter from the guide #229

I read the complete guide and updated the content, with the main idea of removing Twitter-related mentions and instructions.

Switched to social networks where applicable and removed content (e.g. Twitter card validator).

Add and update content (e.g. social networks we use now, Rogue Scholar, translations, etc.).

Review when you have time. 🙏

RStats is ok. Plus, when you use it the platform changes to this format anyway ...

The forum post is automatic when we merge, right?

Yes, we should change the embedded post instructions too. Can you do that?

The forum post is automatic when we merge, right? I have no idea! If it is then we should change the language in the guide (but perhaps that can wait until the next round)

Yes, we should change the embedded post instructions too. Can you do that? Yup, will do by the end of the week

Do we really post all the blog posts on the forums? I don't think I've ever done that!

It's automatic indeed! (but used not to be, before roweb3)

Okay, I fixed the reference to embedding social media posts (use blockquotes instead), and removed the reference to staff manually creating topics in the forum for posts. I think we're good to go? @yabellini @maelle?

Thank you @steffilazerte ! Looks good to me. We can wait for @maelle and then merge these changes
