Update Contributing guide with minor edits

Just about ready to update to v0.2.0!

@maelle would you mind doing a general review of the changes I've made? Make sure it makes sense, sounds good, I haven't forgotten anything? Etc.
@jeroen would you mind doing a review of the R-Universe section (preview). I borrowed heavily from the project page, but want to make sure I haven't misrepresented anything. Let me know if you can think of other ways to contribute, would like to emphasize different aspects, or have any other suggestions!

(@maelle, ever since you pointed out that 🙏🏼 is pretty much Stef's emoji, I almost feel weird using it, especially since I had no idea what it meant until I started working with Stef!)
