This runs through the release checklist below and changes the maintainer back to myself - this is only intended to be temporary to make the re-submission easier.

Hi both - thank you so much for your work on this! We have @anasimmons as a new maintainer from Mango/Ascent, so I'm just going to update this to use her details and we'll go through the submission process right now
