rm all pkgdown docs #166

@maelle This PR removes entire docs folder which hadn't been touched for 2 years, plus a pkgdown folder which only contained favicon png and ico files, although those appear not to have been used either. All docs now successfully render at https://docs.ropensci.org/goodpractice/
