pkgcheck installation instructions - incorrect link to pkgstats #148

Hi all,

The pkgstats readme currently incorrectly links to the pkgstats readme for more detailed installation instructions. I suppose the link is supposed to go to the pkgcheck readme? See here and here.

Oh yeah, thanks @s3alfisc. The main pkgstats documentation got restructed yesterday, and has not yet been updated either here, or in the readthedocs sites. I'll close this once that's all been done - great to have the reminder here :+1:
