Reported line numbers do not match up #29

Reported by @awstringer1 at https://github.com/ropensci/software-review/issues/550#issuecomment-1210738465, and able to be reproduced locally.

Well, able to be reproduced only because my local clone must have been exactly at same point as @awstringer1's. A local git pull aligned everything, so all good, and reported line numbers exactly match current repo status.
