As one of the goals of the guide is to be useful for other communities, it would be nice to add a chapter outreach activities to spread the word about the translation and events to advance the translation efforts.

Example:

Comm Call.
Portuguese meeting.
Translaton.
Conferences talks.
Newsletter and social media.
