Grammar/spelling fixes #5

Hey @azizka, I've made some English grammar/spelling fixes to the tutorials Rmd's. It seemed easier to do myself than to point them out in the review. I mostly tried to make only "neutral" changes that don't change the meaning of what you wrote, but I may have included a few stylistic preferences ("metadata" over "meta-data", "dataset" over "data set", etc.)

Feel free to reject/correct over these changes.
