adding more centroids from "catalogue of centroids" #76

I have started to make a collection of centroids likely used in reverse geocoding biodiversity records.

I am putting them here : https://github.com/jhnwllr/catalogue-of-centroids

I think it could be nice for CoordinateCleaner to use these somehow.

It includes a few sources that are not yet included in CoordinateCleaner.

Thanks @jhnwllr! This would be a great add indeed. The cc_cen function currently allows any user to input its own reference for geographic centroids of political countries and provinces.
