I did that in my fork (https://github.com/schlegelp/DoOR.data) using importNewData and CreateDataBase. But if I am not mistaken, this doesn't regenerate all files, correct? For example, odor.csv or door_dataset_info.csv.

@schlegelp cool! odor should get updated when there was a novel odor in the imported dataset. I think the metadata in door_dataset_info is not being updated but I guess I should at least add an empty line. Could you add a pull request? Then I could review the changes and add the missing data.
