adding two vignettes #21

changed the .gitignore to not upload a .Renviron file with login information. This file is needed to compile the vignette.

Thanks for this pull request @cgries! It will be great to have these two vignettes in the CRAN release.

When you get a chance, please integrate your changes into your local fork of the cran branch then resubmit your pull request to the cran branch of the EDIorg/EDIutils GitHub? There are some substantial changes wrapped up in the PR that I'm not yet ready to integrate into the development branch.
