Replace deprecated frame_data to tribble suggest #240

Dear EML :package: maintainers, Thanks for building a package to write EML documents! It's way easier than with Morpho.

The vignettes suggested to use the function dplyr::frame_date() to easily create metadata. However, as stated by the documentation of the function, it is deprecated in favor of tibble::tribble(). I thus replaced it in the vignette.
