align `set_taxonomicCoverage` behaviour with EML #329

This addresses what was described in #328

Changes the behavior of set_taxonomicCoverage to not split species names and keeps it as the <Genus> <specificEpithet> <intraSpecificEpithet>
Updates the examples given to use specificEpithet
Tweaked expand_scinames to handle situations when more than one species is given and return a list

Not sure how to fix this but the error seems to be coming from Error: gnutls_handshake() failed: An unexpected TLS packet was received. the error appears to be from taxadb they seem to have the same error in their build on travis as well.

@laijasmine no worries, Travis is just dying and apparently refuses to be shut off. apologies for the noise there. this looks good.
