Missing dependency for pkgdown #259

We see 

 Error in render_rmarkdown(pkg, input = input, output = output_file, output_format = format,  : 
  Failed to render RMarkdown
Caused by error:
! error in callr subprocess
Caused by error:
! there is no package called 'webshot'

in https://github.com/r-universe/ropensci/runs/8048401856?check_suite_focus=true

Could you please list webshot as Suggests in DESCRIPTION?
