I noticed the new automatically built rOpenSci templated docs are not rendering for NLMR (https://docs.ropensci.org/NLMR/).
To diagnose, go to https://dev.ropensci.org/job/NLMR/ and then click last build and then console output and that shows the problem (at the bottom).
