just created a separate drat repo, added xml2 and dplyr to it, and listed it in additionalRepositories, looks like that passes check on travis. Maybe not ideal to have that extra additionalRepositories entry long-term, but probably won't hurt anything.
I also replaced the old c style .travis.yml with the new r travis. Do you think we're ready to release the update to CRAN?
