Deal with fork

I've written to Github to request the change, as they describe at the bottom of this page: https://help.github.com/articles/why-are-my-contributions-not-showing-up-on-my-profile/

We don't want to delete and re-create the repository as we would lose all the very nice discussions we have in both current and previous issues on the repo.

Great! Github staff has now resolved this:

No problem, ropensci/RNeXML is now a normal repository in its own fork network and we ran a contributions backfill for your account.
