Document source and purpose of files in data-raw

The following files live in data-raw. Could you please document their source and purpose?

See the following files in the directory data-raw/is_this_to_document_or_relocate/:

• "Densidad_Promedio_por_Especie_Yasuni.xls"
• "Pasoh_Wood_Density.xlsx"
• "WoodDens_20130917_Panama.xls"

We won't use these files in our package. Those files were sent to us by Joe W. but he also submitted them to the Global Wood Density (GWD) database (sent to Amy Zanne). We will use the published GWD to subtract wood density values. I have a local copy of these files.

Then I think we should remove the entire directory is_this_to_document_or_relocate. In case we need to recover these datasets in the future, I'll tag a snapshot of the project. Then I'll remove them to keep things clean.

• Pre-release: Remove Joe's wood-density data.
