ENH Request: Screen Capture #9

I haven't looked into it, but I was wondering if desktop capturing from https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Capture/Desktop would be possible. Saw on the blog it's on the list, but wanted this on the docket when I'm watching the repo.
