Calls remote::install_github on all babette friends.

It's partly there. I disabled it, as in the transition I am in now, there are packages that are on develop only.

This mean that, when I R CMD CHECK a package, it will run the tests, update to (older) master version, run vignette with old versions.

One day, will enable the function again.
