6, #7 I added the RefManageR version of arrange.single.author to fix 6 and 7, though I must admit my code is pretty ugly.
- note that my code is also broken by #5
- my code users str_trim from package stringr
3 Added error and warning handlers around the .External call for when the user specifies an incorrectly formatted file
fixed the formatting of some author fields in inst/bib/base.bib (","s replaced with "and"s in three entries)

Thanks. Can you add yourself as an "aut" in the DESCRIPTION please.

Before i merge this i will add some regressions tests and setup travis.
