neonetb v1 and neonet v2

A new dataset (neonetb v1) and an updated version of the Med dataset (neonet v2)

neonetb v1

NEW

  • A new function get_neonetb() that covers radiocarbon dates from the European South Atlantic
  • add new line in variable_reference.csv

neonet v2

updated dataset (few typo, date coordinates, ...)
