Set clean = TRUE in pkgdown::deploy_to_branch(clean = TRUE, new_process = FALSE) in file .github/workflows/pkgdown.yaml

Also try to delete and ignore `docs? in main branch. I don´t think this is needed since the site is deplyed in separate branch!?
