Incorrect classcodes descriptions #51

file data-raw/classcodes.R specifies descriptions for classcodes object stored in data-raw/classcodes.xlsx All descriptions are on the form "Comorbidity based on ...". This is incorrect for adverse events etc. We might have a special sheet in data-raw/classcodes.xlsx mapping descriptions to the other sheets. @
