Missing groups #63

Some classcodes groups are not used by all regular expression versions. They are currently indicated by seemingly random strings. This should be formalized however. Cells should be left empty but then not included as categories.

Default regex should be named regex and always used if not otherwise specified.

Add extra argument to get_classcodes to make it possible to choose another regex than the default. Filter the object to only contain rows with non-missing regex-column.
