Make it easier to create a simple field_types() specification when you have a lot of columns #16

Currently have to name each column individually. Would be helpful if there was an option where you only needed to specify the timepoint column and have everything else default to the same thing.

Useful if you have a lot of columns and you're only interested in missingness
