There have been problems verifying builds on rhub. I've logged the following issues on the rhub github site addressing these problems: https://github.com/r-hub/rhub/issues/308

And here is one for verifying the redland package: https://github.com/r-hub/rhub/issues/302

As there were no problems found with the win-builder builds, I don't think we should wait for these rhub problems to be fixed before releasing v1.3.2.
