Prepare 1.2.0 release

  • 1 NOTE as described in cran-comments.md

  • 1 NOTE as described in cran-comments.md
• [x] devtools::check() on downstream dependencies (dataone)
  • the tests were performed manually on a locally build dataone 2.0.2 release, as the CRAN build of dataone 2.0.1 is currently not passing the unit tests (dataone 2.0.2 fixes this problem).
• [x] update cran-comments.md

After release is posted by CRAN:

• [x] create release tag 'datapack 1.2.0'

@mbjones datapack is ready for review and release. The release number should be updated to 1.2.0, as this release has new features (as well as bug fixes). The release number has not been updated in DESCRIPTION yet, as I was waiting to do that just before release..
