Rename `insertDerivation`? #72

Do we want to rename insertDerivation to make it's purpose more easily discernible. In choosing a new name, we should consider that the package already has an insertRelationship method that is lower level.

Here are a couple of suggestions:

documentWorkflow
addWorkflowProv
addPackageProv

'insertDerivation' has been renamed to 'describeWorkflow', with the new name having been voted on by the DataONE sem-prov working group https://epad.dataone.org/pad/p/20170308-semprov

The change was made in commit c378d330518ccedf7b518469b6ade4d14730d2b3
