- [x] Windows 7,
- [x] Windows (via win-builder): x86_64-w64-mingw32 (64-bit)
- [x] Windows (via win-builder): x86_64-w64-mingw32 (64-bit)
[x] devtools::check() on downstream dependencies (dataone)
[x] update cran-comments.md

After release is posted by CRAN:

[x] create release tag 'datapack 1.3.0'
