Update .travis.yml #97

@mbjones you're too fast for me; looks like I need to do some troubleshooting of travis behavior, for some reason librdf0-dev dependencies break the r-cran-httr libraries (must be some curl dependency conflicts). Let's see if this alternate config fixes that or not.

Okay, this travis file is good to go, please merge. The current travis failure is due to some R check warnings arising from documentation issues (maybe just need to re-roxygenize?) (I've left the default of warnings_are_errors: true)

Sorry to jump the gun. I guess I took the 'R' in 'PR' too seriously :) Merging now.
