Review for Portuguese translation of `preface.Rmd` #785

This PR brings three change to the automatic output generated by the translation tools:

Fix small typos in few sentences;
Add @beatrizmilz suggestion;
Revert translation of "issue tracker", which was translated to "rastreador de problemas".

@IldySilva just to remember you, now that you closed PR #789 , you still need to create a new PR that is pointing to pedropark99:preface.Rmd-pt-review branch with the changes you suggested in your review. So I can bring a commit signed by you into this PR in specific 😉
